Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) Step into a key leadership role as the human resource (HR) manager, where you'll shape and implement strategies that align with business goals.

Other tasks: Leadership: Manage one direct report, an HR coordinator, while leading recruitment, training, and development programsEmployee relations: Oversee performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations to ensure a harmonious work environmentCompliance: Ensure compliance with Australian industrial relations and employee relations legislationStrategic collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team on strategic planning and operational executionHR projects: Lead HR projects and initiatives with a focus on diversity, equality, and inclusionContinuous improvement: Drive workplace efficiency through continuous improvement initiativesTalent development: Develop and implement dynamic learning and development programs that empower employees to grow and excel.About the company Your future employer is a renowned Australian-owned manufacturer and distributor with over 50 years of industry experience, specialising in high-quality paints, coatings, aerosols, inks, and industrial products.
