Overview of our role Contract to end of Feb 2025.
You will be empowered in supporting the Enterprise Performance & Planning Manager; managing the Group's Planning & Budgeting and Forecasting process, ensuring sustained business performance, effective strategy execution and continuous improvement on our customers experiences.
Understanding all the markets we operate in.Guide all Business Units (i.e.
Networks, Gas Markets, Zinfra, Corporate Functions) through SGSPAA Budgeting & Planning and Forecasting process (be the go-to person).Understanding of the commercial, value and financial drivers of Jemena and Zinfra.Ensuring Business Plans meet SGSPAA and Shareholders strategic directions and expectations.Enabling insightful reporting, providing stakeholders including LT with information to make immediate as well as future strategic decisions.Driving continuous improvement of the planning process across the SGSPAA through innovation and benchmarking against best practice.Continual positive business partnering with internal and external stakeholders.Co-ordinate the delivery of the Group's planning, budgeting and forecasting requirements, including all associated Shareholders and external party reporting requirements.
The Senior Enterprise Performance Analyst is also a trusted specialist support to Jemena and Zinfra internal stakeholders, providing guidance and governance on matters relating to planning, budgeting and forecasting.
A little about you Knowledge of energy sector / utilities preferable.Ability to manage and collaborate with a team of finance professionals.Build strong working relationships based on confidence, with senior executives.Identification and articulation of key business drivers and KPI measures.Comprehensive experience of complex budgeting and forecasting within a large organisation.Strong understanding of accounting concepts and strong written skills and ability to summarise to key points.Qualifications / certifications & Skills Demonstrated knowledge and experience in business operations and planning functions.Knowledge and experience in BI/BPC & SAP systems (preferably incl.
FI/CO/CATS/PS/HR/PM).Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline e.g.
