NovoPsych seeks assessment and technology enthusiasts.
NovoPsych.com.au presents an opportunity for psychologists to contribute to a leading psychometrics platform for mental health clinicians.
NovoPsych's focus is on enhancing mental health services through psychometric science, using tools for client conceptualisation, diagnosis, and symptom tracking.
We pride ourselves on delivering tests that are both valid and reliable, with thorough data and resources to aid clinicians in interpreting results.
The available position is remote and flexible in nature, with responsibilities that include:
Liaising with our users to find the best NovoPsych solution for their needs.
Being an account manager and managing relationships for larger institutions such as universities and government departments.
Understanding customer requirements and feeding that back to the technology and psychometrics teams.
Demonstrating the NovoPsych platform to potential users.
Engaging in quality assurance work and product testing.
Producing documentation and manuals.
Leveraging the latest AI technologies to enhance your workflow.
Business management and project management.
Attending conferences as a NovoPsych sponsor.
Candidates suitable for this role should have a minimum of four years of university-level psychology training, and while registration as a psychologist is not essential, it is a plus.
A candidate who is familiar with NovoPsych and has used it routinely in practice would be desirable.
A candidate who is a technology enthusiast and interested in business management would suit this position.
The role is ideal for a psychologist with a passion for therapy, assessment, the scientific method, or program evaluation but does not want to work full time in a clinical role.
The role may suit a psychologist who is seeking to reduce patient work in favor of management or deeply impacting assessment practices globally.
The job offers between 30 hours per week or a full-time position, and the company operates with a team based in Melbourne and other locations, where remote work is the norm.
