NovoPsych seeks Operations Manager for AI note taker - NovoNote
NovoPsych's mission is to use psychometrics and AI to help clinicians improve patient outcomes.
We envision a future where every psychologist will leverage AI to eliminate administrative burdens and elevate the quality and accessibility of care for patients.

Today, NovoPsych provides a suite of innovative tools to modernise psychological assessment and documentation.
Tomorrow, we'll empower healthcare organisations with AI assistants designed to tackle the tedious aspects of clinical and non-clinical work, enabling clinicians to focus on what matters most—patient care.

Our latest product, NovoNote, is an AI note-taking assistant for psychologists.
Launching now, all 75 thousand NovoPsych users will get free access.

To help realise our vision, we are seeking exceptional talent to join as Operations Manager, a high-impact role blending hands-on execution with leadership.

You'll play a pivotal role in making NovoPsych's vision a reality, gaining firsthand experience in driving a growing SaaS company forward.

What You'll Do:
Be the CEO's go-to problem solver, helping transform strategic ideas into actionable plans.
Support high-priority initiatives, from brainstorming to execution, ensuring they're delivered on time and with impact.
Lead special projects that span product strategy, operational improvements, and go-to-market planning.
Grow into a leadership role within NovoPsych.
What We're Looking For:
A problem solver who might be early in their career but ready to make a big impact.
Exceptional analytical thinking, with experience solving complex problems systematically.
A background in fields like Psychology, Business, Communications, IT, accounting, psychometrics, or data analytics is a bonus, but what matters most is your ability to think critically.
Relationship-building skills with high emotional intelligence—you can connect with anyone, from CEOs to teammates.
The ability to thrive in ambiguity, bringing structure and clarity to dynamic situations.
