WHAT THIS ROLE "ENCUMBERS" As their General Manager of Operations & Growth, you'll be reporting directly to the Owner/Director.
Consider this your official Title Deed to grow their client portfolio, knock down walls (metaphorically of course
), and develop solid structures for success.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Build a rock-solid foundation of a high-performance, client-centric culture.
You'll be the cornerstone of a thriving team.Growth Strategy: Plot new strategies that drive revenue and "break ground" on future opportunities.Operational Excellence: Cement efficient processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.Team Development: Be the agent of change for Sales, Property Management, and Marketing teams, helping them grow like a well-kept garden.Stakeholder Engagement: Be the "key contact" and unlock value with advisory boards, networks, and stakeholders.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE (OTHER THAN PROPERTY WISDOM) Experienced Architect of Success: At least 5+ years in real estate and a solid record of building team success.Blueprint for Growth: Strong grasp of growth initiatives and a knack for tackling priorities with ease.Culture Craftsperson: Able to develop a winning culture that's as attractive as a penthouse view.Sharp Eye for Detail: This market waits for no one, so your structure and focus are a given.Extra Credit: Registration in Sales & Property Management is required, and bonus points if you're a fully licensed agentWHY MAKE THIS YOUR NEXT MOVE?
