You could go from singing Johnny works with One Hammer to a magician or gardener. Of course you will still be responsible for all if the compliance based things like safety checks, communicating with families, recording children's progress, routines and interests - but all while creating a safe supportive space where children thrive. Sparrow Early Learning Bayswater is a warm and caring setting where children are able to inquire, investigate and learn whilst being supported by the caring and qualified educators.
Local schools, shops and transport are all within walking distance of the centre, which is located in a quiet suburban street with a horseshoe shaped driveway for easy drop off and pickup.
What you'll need: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent) Experience in being a pirate finding lost treasure, make potions and sing loudly with little people.
Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards Current & Valid Working with Children Check First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
