Early Childhood Teacher Sparrow Early Learning Baxter Full-time Position position to commence late January 2025 We are looking for a VIT Registered ECT who has: a true passion for Early Childhood Education & Care a vibrant energy and is an uplifting team player.
critical thinking about the Early Years Learning Frameworks strong documentation and administrative skills an understanding of the National Quality Standard relating to Educational Program and Practice About the Roles: As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the funded kindergarten programs within a long day care setting.
This role involves working in partnership with the leadership team to plan a rich and diverse educational program including community excursions and in-house incursions and programs.
Our centre prides itself on the amazing relationships we build with families, always encouraging their input and to become more involved within the centre and community.
Our aim is to provide a safe, secure and supportive environment incorporating natural play spaces for the children to explore using their sensory capabilities.
We wish to encourage, inspire and extend each child's learning and help prepare them for the transition to school and life.
What you'll need: Bachelor of Education (in Early Education) and VIT Registration Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
