This role will predominantly partner with line managers to provide guidance and support on all aspects of the HR function and act as the 2iC to the Manager.
Who are we looking for? Our ideal candidate will have a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills, specifically in human resource management.
They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effective outcomes and the ability to interpret and apply HR and other relevant legislation.
You will have the responsibility to assist with onboarding, performance management, grievances, and conflict management.
You have a consultative approach to solutions as well as working collaboratively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities Building and establishing relationships within the business,Proactively manage talent to build a mobile, competent, and flexible workforce through developing and delivering effective workplace practices aligned with organisation objectives and legislative requirements,Identify, assess and encourage workplace values and behaviours to foster an engaged, inclusive and high performing workforce,Delivering customer-focused human resources services to optimise the employment life cycle experience at an individual and organisational level.Essential AGSVA (Australian Government Security Vetting Agency) clearance level: NV1HR Generalist expertise with relevant tertiary qualificationsAbility to interpret and apply HR and other relevant legislationEthical Practice: understand and care; demonstrated high confidentiality and ability to build trustGlobal & Cultural awareness, a diversity influencerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDesirable Coaching or team leadership experience an advantageBeing adaptable with the ability to identify risk opportunities whilst exercising sound judgementHow to apply Click on the 'Apply Now' button below.
