Our ideal candidate will have a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills, specifically in human resource management.They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effective outcomes and the ability to interpret and apply HR and other relevant legislation.You will have the responsibility to assist with onboarding, performance management, grievances, and conflict management.
