Job description:
The Opportunity: As the Store Manager, reporting directly to the District Manager and supported by an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a passionate team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values to empower our clients.
You'll also play a key role in:
Driving a selling culture within your team to meet KPI's and promote Sephora's values.Consistently raise performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent.Utilizing data to support operational decisions by working closely with the district manager and director of stores.Implementing a continuous improvement mentality within the team.Energizing your team to deliver first-class customer service within a fast-paced environment.Every day will bring new and exciting challenges to think creatively, work strategically, and continuously explore to lead your store to success.
You'll shine here if you enjoy: Creating Amazing Customer Experience: Lead your team to provide clients with meaningful in-store experiences that build brand loyalty through promoting positive behaviours.Managing Day-to-Day Store Operations: Drive operational initiatives including brand events, training, and supporting visual merchandising changes.Developing Sales and Budget Strategies: Manage the profit and loss for your store including monitoring stock levels to maximize sales and profitability.Enhancing Our Culture: Maintain a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed.Maintaining Results: Monitor KPIs to measure performance and help attract, recruit, and develop store talent.We would love to hear from you if: You have previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.You're passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail.You have excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills.You're a hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate and coach our team members.You have a knack for attracting, identifying, and inspiring talented employees.You have strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.You enjoy a flexible work schedule and are able to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.Please keep in mind when considering a role at Sephora that each of our stores have their own individual needs.
Only Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this opportunity.
As our busiest days of trade are between Thursday to Sunday, the ideal candidate will be able to provide 5 full days of availability across key trading times.
