We are looking for a consultant who can bring an entrepreneurial mindset and help our customers on their journey of innovation and digital transformation.As a consultant in the Analytics & Insight Services team, you will be responsible for the delivery of Analytics, Planning, and Data Management solutions based on SAP's Business Technology Platform.EXPECTATIONS AND TASKSIn this role, you will work directly with Line of Business, Industry, and Technology experts to translate our customers' business needs into outcome-based analytics solutions. The role will involve both functional and technical expertise to develop data & analytics skills to best address our customers' needs.Deliver expertise and strategic advisory to help customers develop Planning & Analytics roadmap and strategy.Bring strong thought-leadership and cloud mindset around planning solutions.Articulate and lead analytics business use case discovery working with business users at all levels.Lead the design, build, and deployment of Planning & Analytics solutions for SAP customers.Work as a visualization expert to recommend the best visualization stories for a customer's business KPIs.Contribute to solution knowledge base with specific areas of expertise, develop and document enterprise knowledge in the form of technical articles and best practices.Team player with proactive networking attributes, results-focused, and a self-starter.Willingness to participate in the sales process, if needed, as a subject matter expert.EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIESMaster's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, or related fields.PERSONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTSExcellent knowledge about financial and operational planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Experience in the design and implementation of planning solutions.Experience in SAP BTP solutions like SAP Data Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, or SAP HANA Cloud.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Strong work ethics and able to work effectively under pressure.Willingness and ability to learn quickly new cloud-based solutions for Data & Analytics.Data science-related skills like Machine Learning are a plus.CUSTOMER FACING SKILLSExcellent interpersonal, strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to inspire confidence and work with all levels of client and internal staff.Ability to present complex information clearly to a non-technical audience.Ability to capture customer requirements and translate them into software specifications.Bring out your bestSAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
