Recruitment Consultant - Data - Warm DeskCompany OverviewWe're looking for an experienced Data recruiter to join one of Sydney's leading IT, Digital & Project Services firms who have big plans heading into 2025.In what's been a tough 18 months for almost anyone related to IT recruitment, this agency has the brand, client base and track record around investment in their staff to make the most of the upturn next year.There's some great stats to look at:Over 50% of the office (18 heads) billed over $120k+ last quarter.A current 80% win rate on all pitches for new and retained work.Over 40+ new clients signed in 2024 adding to their existing PSA client base - Atlassian, Woolworths, IAG, Endeavour, Qantas, TikTok etc.60% of annual business comes from repeat PSA accounts.The RoleOn offer is a warm desk (dual), a buying customer base, a well coded database and a chance to work collaboratively with a long standing Principal Data recruiter.Reason for this hire?
