Job Overview:
The Recruitment Consultant at Smart Industrial will play a crucial role in connecting businesses with the skilled talent they need and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
This role involves sourcing candidates, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring successful placements for both temporary and permanent positions.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who can contribute to business growth and align recruitment efforts across Smart Industrial and Sydney Engineering where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities: Client Development:Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow Smart Industrial's client base in line with KPIs for new business acquisition.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored labour hire solutions.Problem Solving:Solve client and candidate challenges effectively, acting as a trusted consultant and partner to ensure smooth placements.Recruitment Process Management:Conduct reference checks, source and interview candidates, and manage the recruitment process for both temporary and permanent roles.Match suitable candidates with client requirements, ensuring a high-quality fit and positive outcomes.Candidate Sourcing:Proactively source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and Smart Industrial's existing talent pool.Cross-Business Synergy:Identify opportunities to cross-reference and align recruitment efforts with Sydney Engineering for mutual benefit.Administrative Duties:Maintain accurate records and manage databases for both clients and candidates.Prepare and submit regular reports on recruitment activities, KPIs, and progress to management.Industry Engagement:Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market shifts, adapting recruitment strategies as necessary to remain competitive.Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in industrial, engineering, or related sectors.Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address client and candidate needs efficiently.Experience in conducting reference checks and managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of both temporary and permanent recruitment practices.Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.Key Attributes: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.What We Offer: A dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth.Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Supportive and collaborative team culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
