We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team to specialise in Property with focus on aged care, not-for-profit on an existing portfolio.
Requirements:Demonstrated Proven Sales track record and strong business development skillsCuriosity & Ability to deliver for clientsPassion for the industry and knowledge of market trends, developments, and opportunities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships.Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals.Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to ensure successful outcomes for all parties involved.This role requires a strong business developer who can nurture current clients, as well as create opportunities.
