We're now expanding in VIC/NSW with offices in both South Melbourne and Parramatta and are looking for 2x Candidate-Focused Recruitment Consultants to join us.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to start or develop their recruitment career in a non-sales role.
ABOUT THE ROLE This is a 180 recruitment role, fully focused on supporting the candidate side of the recruitment process.
You'll be an essential part of the team, helping us find, screen, and engage the best talent in the Microsoft Business Applications space.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting database and LinkedIn searches to identify top candidates. Updating and maintaining our candidate database to ensure accurate records. Screening candidates via phone or video to assess their skills, experience, and career goals. Managing communication with candidates, providing updates, and guiding them through the recruitment process. Writing candidate summaries to present to the recruitment team. Building relationships with candidates to understand their career motivations and preferences. This is an entry-level role with growth potential.
While your focus will be on candidates for the first year, there's plenty of opportunity to grow into a full 360 recruitment role if that's your goal.
There is a strong expectation for this person to be in 4-5 days a week for the first 3-6 months, as they learn the ropes and settle in. ABOUT YOU We're looking for someone who's ready to dive into a role that's all about connecting with people

Experience in customer service, admin, or sales is a bonus and will definitely be appreciated. Love chatting with people
You'll spend a lot of time on the phone, so being a natural people person with great communication skills (strong spoken and written English is a must) will set you up for success. Have an eye for detail and enjoy keeping things organized – you're the kind of person who gets satisfaction from ticking things off a list. Are confident with computers and modern tools – technology doesn't scare you Genuinely enjoy helping people and feel good about matching candidates to opportunities that can change their lives. You're a forward thinker, someone who loves tech and is passionate about efficiency This is a repetitive role, so you'll need to find joy in the process – connecting with candidates, screening them, updating databases, and digging deep into their skills and goals.
