The Role

Every day is different in the world of recruitment
In your role, you will be doing full 360 recruitment for your own desk.

A typical day includes the below responsibilities: Full 360 recruitment role – candidate management, client management and job management.Meeting clients and discussing their business, current needs, future plans and the service we can offer.Building relationships with new and existing clients and developing a good understanding of their business, and their working culture.Writing job advertisements to source candidates - Posting on job boards and social media platformsIdentifying and targeting the best candidates for the role (Head-hunting/contacting existing candidates on the database/ job applications/ networking /referrals/ Linked-In)Discussing career opportunities with candidates and representing them to opportunities - understanding what their motivations and advising them on the best career path to reach their career goalArranging and preparing candidates for interviewsManaging the offer process including completing references.Attend regular training sessions internally and externallyAttend client meetings & lunchesAbout You: A keen interest in building a career in recruitmentExcellent communication skillsStrong time management skillsCustomer service focusedOrganisational skillsBenefits: Enjoy birthdays off work (additional to your annual leave allowance
