Job Description Identify and approach potential candidates through various channels.Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain strong relationships.Understand clients' business operations and recruitment needs.Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant job boards.Screen, interview, and shortlist potential job applicants.Arrange and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients.Provide feedback to candidates and handle job offers.Keep up-to-date with trends and developments within the recruitment sector. The Successful Applicant A successful Recruitment Consultant should have:
A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
