1Breadcrumb is a rapidly growing construction tech start-up with an award-winning platform aiming to empower construction site workers. Founded in Melbourne in April 2020, the platform is used in 4 countries and has become the default safety solution in the Australian mid-market. Off the back of this success, we're expanding the team and looking for our next ambitious individual.We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Renewals Manager to join our Customer Success (CS) team. This pivotal role will focus on managing renewals and driving account growth. As well as coaching and supporting the team in renewing customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer success, adept at building strong relationships, and skilled in driving customer retention and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Renewals: Own and manage the end-to-end renewal process for a large percentage of our customer base, ensuring timely and successful contract renewals.Reduce Churn: Develop and execute strategies to reduce churn and improve customer retention, working closely with the CS team to identify at-risk accounts and implement proactive measures.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilise data and analytics to track renewal performance, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for improvement.Team Support: Provide guidance, training, and support to the CS team in managing renewals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any issues that may impact renewals. Upsell and Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to expand and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-sellingCustomer Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer, providing insights and feedback to internal teams to drive continuous product and service improvements.About YouExperience: 2+ years of experience in renewals management, account management, or customer success within a SaaS environment, preferably in a B2B environment.Track Record: Proven track record of successfully managing renewals, reducing churn and growing customer accounts.Customer Focus: Strong negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
