Our national client is committed to setting new benchmarks in employee care and wellbeing. This role offers a unique opportunity to design and implement cutting-edge wellness initiatives that will positively impact thousands of employees nationwide.
About the Role:
Design and deliver comprehensive wellbeing programs spanning mental health, physical wellness, and work-life balance
Lead mental health first aid training and awareness programs
Oversee national workers' compensation through external provider partnerships
Develop preventative health initiatives and wellness education campaigns
Create innovative solutions for workplace wellness
Establish metrics to measure program effectiveness and employee engagement
Collaborate with leadership to embed wellbeing into organisational culture
Your Impact:
Shape organisation-wide wellness strategies
Build a resilient and healthy workplace culture
Drive preventative health initiatives and manage chronic health conditions
Foster psychological safety and mental health awareness
Manage strategic partnerships with health and wellness providers
Desired Skills and Attributes:
5+ years' experience developing and implementing holistic wellbeing programs in large national organisations
Proven track record in creating successful health and wellness initiatives
Strong understanding of contemporary workplace wellness trends and best practices
Experience in managing workers' compensation processes at a senior level
Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to influence positive cultural change
Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation
Qualifications:
Formal Health and Wellbeing qualification
Allied health qualifications with AHPRA registration (desirable)
