We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our team in a fast-paced, full-time role where you'll manage inbound calls and emails, provide exceptional service, and build strong relationships with both internal and external customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow guidelines while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
About the Opportunity:
Monday to Friday Handle inbound calls & emails, assist with customer inquiries Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers Perform general office and admin duties, including data entry Basic knowledge of QLD cities and towns highly regarded What We Offer:
