VE Group is seeking an Administration Officer – Operations Support to join our dynamic team in Gladstone.
VE Group AU are a Civil Contracting, Plant Hire and Transport Logistics Company looking for a professional administration support to join our Operations Team.
VE Group currently provides services across several industry sectors such as roads, rail and resources with a large, owned fleet of civil and transport equipment working throughout Queensland.

About the Role
As the Administration Officer , you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our operations by providing comprehensive administrative support.
Your responsibilities will include managing accounts, coordinating schedules, maintaining operational documentation, and facilitating communication between various teams.

Key Responsibilities
Process accounts with a high accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaborate with Transport, Civil, and Project teams to meet client needs.
Administer registers, dockets and rosters in line with management systems.
Maintain accurate documentation to meet internal and external audit standards.
Support compliance with National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme (NHVAS).
Data entry of daily timesheets, dockets and fuel registers Assist with rostering, onboarding employees and training coordination.
Proficiently use software and systems for data entry, reporting and record management.
Provide support in maintaining operational tools and troubleshooting issues.
