Our Leading Services Team is looking for their newest team memberLending Services OfficerPort Macquarie or Armidale location with flexible working arrangements considered for right applicantPermanent, full-time roleTotal Remuneration Package from $75,000 per annum (inclusive of superannuation)To be considered for this position, applicants must hold work rights for Australia that cover the term of the contract.About the roleAs Lending Services Officer, you will be an integral part of our Lending Services department, responsible for managing the preparation, settlement, registration and maintenance of loan contracts and securities.
Your primary focus will be to produce accurate and enforceable loan documentation, manage and update loan account systems, facilitate settlements in PEXA, and register the bank's security interests.
You will also perform various other administrative tasks related to lending.
Additionally, you will drive process improvement and enhancements to support our strategy of expending loan growth in regional Australia.What we're looking for:Previous experience in similar roles related to lending or settlements within the finance industry.Great communication skills, both written and verbal.Meticulous attention to detail.Ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.Creative thinker who can problem solve and develop practical solutions.A team player who's reliable and enjoys helping others.Understanding of and ability to apply risk management principles in daily operations.To ApplyTo express your interest, please submit your application (including a cover letter and resume).What makes us a great place to work?Our most important asset is our people.
