Customer Service Officer

About the role ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company) is currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our tight-knit team at the Port Macquarie branch where you will be working closely with sales and operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
This position would be a suitable opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing customer and sales experience.
The hours for this role will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Your responsibilities:
Providing outstanding customer service over the phone, email and at the front counterTrouble shooting customer sales queries and answering any questionsUpselling and providing quotes to customersSales data entry, general invoicing, administration and purchasingWe are looking for someone who is customer service focused, has a high attention to detail and thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
You will also have:
