About the Role
The purpose of this role is to work closely with Product Managers and Stakeholders across the product division and broader group business divisions, playing a key role in supporting portfolio management, product changes, regulatory obligations, and compliance activities.
The role focuses on process and product improvement from concept through to implementation, including post-implementation reviews.
Additionally, the role focuses on leading, developing, and implementing home loan activities/initiatives to support retail products including but not limited to:
pricing movements, terms and conditions changes, remediation, regulatory and compliance obligations, and communicating product features (e.g., updating product forms, customer letters, and document library).
About You You will bring with you a deep knowledge of retail banking products and business processes including lending platforms and other related software/systems.
Previous experience in Project Management is desired, preferably Lean Six Sigma black belt accreditation with experience in an analytical and Project Management role, ideally gained in a fast-paced financial services environment.
You will possess a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory obligations, with demonstrated experience in developing data-driven, lifecycle communications and procedures, which are designed to align/enhance the customer experience with a real focus on simplification.
Your previous experience in working with policies, procedures, and processes for financial services products, with a healthy understanding of risk considerations will be advantageous, as well as proficiency in programs such as message Media, T24, PEGA, FinnOne, CRS, MyClient, Valex, Basware, etc.
