As the Executive Branch Manager, you'll play a critical role in this transformation, shaping the future of our branch network while empowering teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, portfolio growth and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the performance of a portfolio of retail branches (including 8-20 employees), ensuring they achieve sales, service, and operational excellence.Drive business growth by identifying opportunities within the region to expand our reach and strengthen community connections, optimising financial performance.Coach and mentor branch leaders to create a high-performing customer-centric culture.Manage large complex retail and business banking balance sheets across multi-site locations.Embrace change and innovation to support the bank's transformational journey.Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives and deliver on regional goals.About YouAs the Executive Branch Manager, you will have proven experience in leading multi-site retail or branch networks within the financial services industry. You will have exceptional leading and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams. You will have a track record of delivering strong business outcomes in a dynamic, ever-changing environment, with a strategic and agile mindset ready to embrace change.
