We have delivered and issued well over 175,000 licences, tickets, and qualification outcomes to individuals in 2023, and on track to well exceed that in 2024.
Licences 4 Work offers Nationally Recognised Training in the Construction, Safety and Warehouse/Supply Chain and Logistics Industries.
A great opportunity to join our brand as our Queensland Branch Manager is available now. Purpose of the Role:This role will see our Queensland Branch Manager oversee the current Brisbane operations which consist of a purposely built training center situated in Coopers Plains, ensuring full capitalising of that existing operations.
Your responsibilities will include:Ensuring a high level of engagement with key internal stakeholders to achieve operational outcomes.Manage and mentor a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.Continue executing the expansion strategy for the state of QLD and driving operational excellence across all aspects of the region.Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure planning and forecasting is achieved with all operational matters.Implement change management strategies to improve processes and outcomes.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.Analyse performance metrics and develop strategies to optimise results.Oversee all training programs ensuring contractual requirements are met.Meet budgetary requirements and budget forecasting.Act as a brand ambassador, upholding our commitment to quality and service excellence.What are we looking for?To be successful in this role, you will have: A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar management role.Proven experience in Vocational Education (VET), Retail or Service industries with change management experience.A high-calibre and dynamic leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Self sufficient and a self starter, tactical and strategic.Ability to drive our company's culture, vision and strategic direction.Understanding of profitability, supply and demand, whilst maintaining quality and customer focus.A passion for driving excellence and inspiring teams and individuals to achieve their full potential.Adaptability to manage in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Experience working with or around sales and hitting targets.Ability to identify growth opportunities and own projects.Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving practical solutions.Excellent communication and people skills and a strong work ethic.What We Offer:Opportunities for career advancement, including potential growth.A supportive and collaborative team environment.The chance to work with a trusted name in training and development.If you have previous RTO experience then this will be extremely advantageous for you.
