We are looking for a Full-Time Branch Manager for our Queensland Distribution Centre.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
Advanced experience in leadership & managementAdvanced experience in management of human resources & teamsAdvanced knowledge of specific industry needs and applicationsAdvanced knowledge in sales & customer servicing of industryAdvanced knowledge of business & processing softwareAdvanced knowledge of Stainless & Performance SteelsAdvanced knowledge of Operational Warehousing & LogisticsAdvanced experience in managing the financial performance of a business operationAdvanced experience in identifying and implementing key business strategiesInterpersonal skills and ability to work in and lead a teamReporting to the Chief Commercial Officer & Chief of Operations Officer, the responsibilities of the Branch Manager include:
Sales Performance & Business DevelopmentOperations Development & PerformanceFinancial Performance for the TerritoryHuman Resources Management of Territory TeamBranch & Administration ManagementStrategic Planning & Reporting for TerritoryThe responsibilities of the role are not limited to the ones mentioned above.
