Service Operations Manager

The AHB Group is one of the fastest growing and successful housing companies in Australia.
We are now seeking a Service Operations Manager for our Wholesale business - Royston Homes, leading a team of Two Team Leaders and Eight wonderful Coordinators.
Royston Homes, being the wholesale arm of the business, your team works with BDM's, Investors, and Marketers, so there is very little direct customer contact.
The Role You will manage the Royston Homes Workflow Ensure we meet our minimum jobs to site per month You will work closely with other department managers and leaders You will play a pivotal role in our customers' building journey by leading your team to support and give guidance to your stakeholders throughout the process Ability to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders Utilising technology, internal systems, industry knowledge and AHB Group software to deliver a seamless customer experience Maintaining accurate data entry in line with the Customer Journey and AHB Group policy and procedure Help assess and improve systems and processes. About You You have a high emphasis on Customer Service Well-developed communication skills High level of personal presentation Driven with a "Can Do" attitude Strong attention to detail Enjoy the excitement of being a part of a rapidly expanding business Qualifications and Experience MUST have Pre-site and Onsite Admin Experience in Volume Building Significant experience in managing Workflow for a high performing team Able to prioritise and handle a large workload A strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task Strong written & verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner Experience in building a people-centric and positive culture within your teams Strong leadership experience would be ideal What's on offer A passionate and fun team Training, development and mentoring Opportunities to grow within the organisation Above market salary Extravagant company events Diversity, inclusion and a bunch of fun people doing fun things Onsite Parking Next Steps…..
