You will be supported by a team of client-focused and commercially savvy analysts and consultants.
Together you will collaborate to design, enhance and maintain best fit reward strategy and programs for clients.
Key responsibilities will include:Deliver client projects across reward strategy, executive remuneration, employee reward and incentive designAssist the practice leaders in developing best in class content and market insightCollaborate with subject matter experts to integrate solutions that address client needProvide technical and strategic advice to functional heads, C-suite and Board stakeholders on complex people issues across industries.How this opportunity is differentWe're a team of authentic and smart individuals focused on providing exceptional value to our clients and our local communities.
