We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic and safety-driven traffic management practitioners and team members to grow with us.Our teams share a commitment to enhancing safety by expertly managing traffic; together we're working to develop a new benchmark for service delivery in the traffic management industry.We offer:Sector leading terms and conditionsPermanent Full-TimeTraining and Development opportunitiesWeekly pay cycleAbout the roleOur QLD team has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated, enthusiastic and experienced Service Delivery Manager to be based in Mackay.Reporting directly to the QLD Regional Operations Manager, this role is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Mackay depot including the management of client operations and management of on-road staff, delivery of infield services to client and legislated requirements, and oversight of the management of fleet, equipment and generating new business.The ideal candidate will have demonstrated supervisory experience, strong communication, leadership and negotiation skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members.DutiesConsult with clients, both current and potentialAssist with local business developmentLiaise with suppliersManagement of the depot staffConduct performance management meetings and training of staffManage signage, uniforms and additional inventoryConduct site and depot audits and promote a strong safety cultureManage operational reportsLead an excellent team environment & customer service satisfactionSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience within the traffic control industry is preferred, but not essentialExperience working in a strong safety-focused environmentDemonstrated experience managing a traffic control workforceHigh level business acumenProfit focused with successful business development experienceAdvanced computer skills, clear and effective written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to develop strong internal and external client relationshipsPrevious experience in managing the expectations of various stakeholdersCompany Vehicle and branded uniform provided.
