We offer: Sector leading terms and conditions Permanent Full-Time Training and Development opportunities Weekly pay cycle About the role Our QLD team has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated, enthusiastic and experienced Service Delivery Manager to be based in Mackay.
Reporting directly to the QLD Regional Operations Manager, this role is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Mackay depot including the management of client operations and management of on-road staff, delivery of infield services to client and legislated requirements, and oversight of the management of fleet, equipment and generating new business.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated supervisory experience, strong communication, leadership and negotiation skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members.
Duties Consult with clients, both current and potential Assist with local business development Liaise with suppliers Management of the depot staff Conduct performance management meetings and training of staff Manage signage, uniforms and additional inventory Conduct site and depot audits and promote a strong safety culture Manage operational reports Lead an excellent team environment & customer service satisfaction Skills & Experience Previous experience within the traffic control industry is preferred, but not essential Experience working in a strong safety-focused environment Demonstrated experience managing a traffic control workforce High level business acumen Profit focused with successful business development experience Advanced computer skills, clear and effective written and verbal communication skills The ability to develop strong internal and external client relationships Previous experience in managing the expectations of various stakeholders Company Vehicle and branded uniform provided.
