We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Officer (Payable) to support the day-to-day operations of our client.
The ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate an understanding of accounts support processes and have a high level of accuracy with data entry, reporting, and spreadsheet creation.
The roles will be responsible but not limited to: Invoicing, reporting, reconciliation and finance supportPrimary focus on accounts payable duties and tasksEntering financial data into books, spreadsheets or accountancy softwareKeeping financial records organised and easy to accessLocating or tracking invoices, receipts, purchase orders and other financial recordsReconciling accounts at regular intervals (usually once-per-month)Providing financial data or reporting to management for audit purposesChecking for financial irregularities, data entry errors and potential fraud Required Skills Certificate or diploma in bookkeeping or accounts desired, or documented experienceAdvanced level Excel knowledgeHigh level phone mannerAbility to work as part of a teamFlexible and adaptable working ethic
