Accounts Payable Officer

Our client is a leading commercial construction contractor company servicing leading T1 and T2 clients across NSW, QLD, and ACT.
Due to rapid growth, the business is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their close-knit team.The Role Keeping track of all payments and expenditures - high volumes of invoicingPaying vendors and responding to all finance-related queriesLiaising with internal contacts and suppliers to ensure payments are made efficiently and accuratelyManaging all subcontractor payments, claims & contracts including ensuring necessary insurances are valid prior to work commencementContinuous improvement of payment processesSupporting the creditor functionAssisting the wider Finance Team across ad hoc requests & dutiesAbout YouMinimum of 2 years experience in an Accounts Payable role, construction background is essentialTertiary qualifications within Finance/Accounting advantageousImpeccable communication skills - both written and verbalStrong attention to detail and data entry skillsAble to work autonomously and in a teamExperience with JOBPAC would be highly advantageousRemuneration & BenefitsA remuneration package upwards of $80-85K + superannuation (experience dependent)5 days based in the office in Kemps CreekGreat team and working cultureLong-term position, with a supportive teamFor any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Kim Castueras on or click apply.
