Department Overview Noggin is a leader in integrated resilience management technology, offering a next-generation, cloud-based platform that combines essential solutions into one unified system.
Our award-winning platform integrates operational and third-party risk management, operational resilience, business continuity, incident and crisis management, emergency management, and security and safety operations.
The product management department is a dynamic team responsible for leading the planning, development, launch, and life cycle of the company's SaaS products.
The team collaborates effectively with various stakeholders, including customers, engineering, marketing, and sales.
We analyze market trends, gather customer feedback, prioritize features, and configure innovative solutions to deliver highly competitive and compelling products in alignment with market needs and business goals.
Job Description We are seeking a talented and strategic Lead Product Owner to lead and oversee the development of Noggin's SaaS products, ensuring alignment with our product strategy and market needs.
This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather product ideas, clearly define features, maintain product backlogs, and deliver high-quality solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities Identify and translate market opportunities and customer needs into actionable product roadmaps.
Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather product insights.
Clearly define product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Manage the product backlog to ensure timely and effective delivery of product updates.
Lead, coach and scale a high-performing team of product owners.
Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to guide future product improvements.
Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating the value proposition of the Noggin platform.
Plan and coordinate release schedules in collaboration with development teams.
Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline.
At least 5 years of product management or product owner experience.
At least 3 years delivering enterprise software solutions to large customers.
Agile software development experience.
Demonstrated experience in the software development lifecycle.
Knowledge of usability and user experience design principles.
Proactive, enthusiastic attitude toward challenging problems.
Strong time management and organization skills.
Strong decision-making and prioritization skills.
