About the role As a Product Owner at Bilue, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative, customer-focused solutions.
Partnering closely with stakeholders and development teams, you'll turn product visions into reality by managing the product backlog, refining user stories, leading sprint planning sessions, and ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.

Responsibilities Define and prioritise the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.Work closely with development teams to clearly communicate product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Act as the primary liaison between the client and development team, ensuring a shared understanding of the product vision.Lead sprint planning sessions, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups, ensuring the team remains focused and aligned.Monitor and report on product progress, adjusting priorities based on feedback and changing business needs.Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and refine product roadmaps.Conduct user research and collaborate with UX/UI designers to create customer-focused solutions.Ensure the delivered product meets the agreed-upon definition of done and quality standards.Build strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and ensuring ongoing communication.About you Minimum of 4+ years' experience as a Product Owner within an Agile environment.Experience managing mobile application projects from concept to delivery is essential.Proven ability to manage a product backlog and prioritise effectively based on business and customer needs.Familiarity with UX/UI principles and user-centred design processes.Experience conducting user research and analysing feedback to drive product improvements.Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to balance competing needs and priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage workflows and documentation.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Certification as a Product Owner (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).Experience working in a consultancy or agency environment.Knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential impact on product development.Life at Bilue Client-focused: We are dedicated to delivering exceptional value to our clients while supporting each other to achieve collective success.Flexible work: We offer 1-2 days per week in the office, balancing flexibility with the expectation that you'll go the extra mile for our clients when needed.Professional development: We're committed to your personal and professional growth, offering continuous learning through Go1 (which provides unlimited access to a wide range of courses), along with support from our dedicated internal performance coach.Annual events: We organise annual events to foster in-person connection and team collaboration.Flat structure: We operate with a flat structure, where our casual, approachable executive leadership team (ELT) ensures everyone's voice is heard.Internal communities: We build and nurture internal communities for knowledge sharing and collaboration, keeping everyone connected and informed.Bilue = Big + Blue Ocean.
