We are slowly becoming the stand-alone market leader in the US market and are looking for the right candidate to join us on this exciting journey.We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front-end Engineer to join our tech team.
As a Front-end Engineer at swipeJobs, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing our innovative, market-leading web applications.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the product team to understand project requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient front-end development.Develop new user-facing features and components using TypeScript and React.js.Optimize application performance and ensure high responsiveness.Build reusable code and libraries for future use.Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices.Work closely with the UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.Experience:Australian market experience in an extremely fast-paced and agile environment.Hands-on development expertise with JavaScript, HTML5, React, Angular, and any CSS preprocessor like SCSS or LESS.Advanced understanding of TypeScript & React.js.Good working knowledge of Micro Frontends.Knowledge of source control systems, GIT preferred.Experience with TDD and writing test cases.Integration with RESTful APIs.Why swipeJobs:A chance to work on a market-leading US software product.End-to-end exposure to the full software development life cycle.Working in a startup environment with modern offices located in North Sydney.A flat organizational structure where everyone is always accessible.Operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that provides exciting challenges daily.A chance to work on a modern technology stack which is cutting edge even for the US.Food provided throughout the day whilst working in the office including a free lunch.Regular social events in and outside the office.If you are talented, driven, and interested in joining us in our journey, we would like to hear from you.Note: Only candidates authorized to work in Australia will be considered.#J-18808-Ljbffr
