Instead of juggling spreadsheets, whiteboards, and outdated systems, we build tools that allow anyone on a project to plan and communicate their work with complete visibility of everyone around them.Our customers are the largest construction contractors, responsible for the tunnels, roads, bridges, and buildings we use daily.
Our users are the engineers managing and planning these incredible projects.
We've already made an impact; since launching our V1 in the UK in 2019 and entering the Australian market in 2022, we've become the leading solution in both markets.
With strong product-market fit in these markets, we're in the early stages of scaling our go-to-market team globally, and we're looking for people who are energized by the idea of improving an industry that contributes to around 13% of global GDP.The RoleAs our Demand Generation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in responsibly scaling our go-to-market efforts globally.
The standard marketing tactics won't suffice here; instead, you'll craft approaches tailored to the unique dynamics and challenges of construction projects.In this role, you will:Build on a solid foundation: You'll inherit a rare combination of starting components.
In our existing markets, we have solid product-market fit - evidenced by enterprise-wide adoption across several major contractors and strong project adoption in 50% of top 20 contractors.
More importantly, our customers are passionate advocates.
We are privileged to host an industry-leading catalog of case studies of amazing projects our customers have delivered, we get the chance to bring together industry leaders and customers on our podcast, and benefit from true evangelists who organically share Aphex with their peers.
You'll leverage our unique value proposition and these strong foundations to craft innovative approaches to build awareness and generate demand.Collaborate across teams: You'll be working closely with customers, our Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to understand the challenges and needs of our users - the engineers managing and planning the incredible projects that shape our world.Drive hypothesis-driven thinking in GTM: Employ a continuous loop of hypothesis, experimentation, feedback, and refinement to evolve our marketing strategies.
You'll adapt to the unique differences of different project types (think bridges, hospitals, railways), different contractors (we target T1/T2) and unique markets (we have established markets in UK&I, AU/NZ and emerging presences in North America, Asia, Europe, and Middle East).Lead community engagement through events: Test new ways to build relationships within the construction industry through an ambitious strategy spanning from grassroots events and face-to-face interactions with site teams, right the way through to presence at larger events and conferences.
You'll lead the charge on implementing creative ways to engage like pizza deliveries to construction sites or Aphex pop-ups or activation opportunities.Lead digital marketing: Manage digital marketing with a primary focus on LinkedIn ads (this has a solid starting foundation established in the past QTR for you to build upon) and organic content, driving brand awareness and lead generation.

As we are a remote-first business, with teams across APAC, Asia, and Europe we are sometimes working asynchronously.
