You will provide ongoing support with activities of daily living and support services such as Domestic Assistance, Social Support, Respite, and Personal Care within clients' own homes and out in the community.
Key Responsibilities Provide client-centred approach carePromote clients' choice and decision makingRespond to and report on client deterioration and wellbeingEnhance clients' journey with Calvary Home Care by providing high-quality careAbility to be flexible and work a variety of shifts and days to meet clients' care needsAbout you A Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability or Individual Support (desirable)Current and valid Driver's Licence, insured, reliable motor vehicle, and smart mobile phoneCapacity to embrace a role that is meaningful for the community and yourselfEffective verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientationAbility to work independently and effectively manage timeProficiency in the use of technology such as smartphones, email, and the internetA desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisationFor further information, please contact Julie Grantham, Service Manager - Home Care on 08 8641 1266.
