Job Description
ESV is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager or rising Client Manager to join one of their dynamic business advisory practices alongside an exceptional Director.
The role will see you working across a diverse client base of primarily construction, engineering, and financial services clients as a 2IC to a driven and charismatic Director.
This role will involve 50% compliance / advisory and 50% outsourced CFO duties, as well as people management and daily client interaction.
This position suits a self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged and who wants to help build something great in a collegiate, grown-up environment with huge scope for career progression.
Desired Skills and Experience
5+ years' experience in public accounting or a combination of public accounting and corporate.
Management or supervisory experience.
Outsourced CFO or corporate tax experience preferred but not required.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Adept at providing sound commercial advice to stakeholders.
