Wynnum Manly Yacht Club is a welcoming and friendly Yacht Club located in Manly Harbour Brisbane.
The club hosts yacht regattas, functions and supports the sailing, boating and dragon boating community in the Wynnum Manly Yacht Club Marina.
Our club has a growing food and beverage service that is open to the public.
We are also undertaking significant staged renovations to modernise our clubhouse and maximise our potential being one of only four clubs on the biggest marina in the southern hemisphere and we will be involved in the 2032 Olympic Games.
The RoleThe club will be developing a new role of Club Manager allowing a person the opportunity to provide leadership to the club as a whole, including:
Manage and co-ordinate staffEvent ManagementMarketing and socialsFacilities ManagementParticipation and development of relationships with our neighbouring clubs and communityWho Should ApplyThis is an ideal role for someone who sees hospitality and venue management as their career and wants to fast track their management experience.
No sailing experience required (we're sure you will get the opportunity to learn a bit).
