The opportunity: Goodlife clubs are lively places where no two days are the same.
As a Club Manager at our Cleveland club, you will be responsible for inspiring your team and leading your club to success.
Your role will see you use your people leadership skills, financial acumen, analytical capability, and management expertise to oversee all aspects of your club's operations.
You will be required to showcase your leading interpersonal, communication, and sales skills to drive a successful team known for delivering an exceptional member experience.
Key responsibilities: Management of sales budgets and analysis to determine proactive strategies for improvementManagement of your club's projected and actual Profit and Loss levelsLeading in the delivery of exceptional member experiences and the successful resolution of member concernsRecruitment, training and retention of staff membersConduct weekly 1:1 and team meetings with departmental leadersTo be successful in this role you will need: Leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a high volume and fast-paced environment, ideally within the fitness industryStrong stakeholder management with exceptional verbal, written and time management skillsExperience in managing budgets and monitoring & reporting on P&LAbility to engage and inspire a diverse team across club operationsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsWhat we can offer you: A passionate, energetic and supportive cultureCareer progression opportunities across all brands, locations, and disciplinesA competitive package with an OTE of $100,000 (made up of base salary & uncapped commissions), plus superA free all club access, 24/7 Goodlife membershipAdditional benefits include anniversary leave days and an additional free gym membership for friends and familyAbout Fitness & Lifestyle Group: Fitness and Lifestyle Group (FLG) is the leading fitness, health, and wellness group in the Asia-Pacific region, headquartered in Australia.
