Here, you'll be part of the team, empowered to explore more, experience more and supported by your leader to grow and develop.The roleA career defining leadership role to work with us as a Restaurant Manager overlooking the worlds most celebrated & recognised Japanese restaurant, NOBU, has become availableBeing an internationally renowned luxury brand, Nobu is our most celebrated destination venue with regular special visitors & events such as the AUS Open, Formula 1 Grand Prix, Spring Racing Carnival, Crown Towers Villa VIPs as well as hosting our esteemed Head Chef, Nobuyuki Matsuhisa annuallyThis is a critical role in being the face of this signature venue as you will be responsible for running their end-to-end operations as well as leading their established teams.In this role, you'll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests.
As well as:Manage the restaurants' day-to-day operations to create unforgettable dining experiences within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.Provide exceptional leadership and role-model effective team behaviours to support all staff through training, coaching and development.Accountable towards cost control and how it relates expenses, beverage costs and P&Ls.About youYou will have extensive high volume, premium venue managerial experience as a hands-on leader who has the ability to influence a positive workplace culture.A vibrant and passionate people's person who has a focus on delivering guest experiences.Is adaptable in high pressure situations and open to change if the business requires.Strong product knowledge, business acumen and organisation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with guests and stakeholders at all levels.What we offer youAttractive hourly rate with weekend penalty rates, superannuation on top.Be the face of Nobu, recognised by all VIP guests.Free staff meals, discounts across restaurants and hotels complex wide.Additional InformationApplications Close: Sunday 3rd November 2024.What you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
