Our staff are dedicated professionals who value the importance of maintaining an optimum level of care and education for all children.
We select our staff based on knowledge and values, vision for children and learning, and commitment to families.
We are seeking an experienced Centre Director to join our team in Doonside
About the role:
As Centre Director, your responsibility and time will be spent on staff and their development and operations of the centre.
Your commitment to leading a service on its path to exceptional quality is endless and you have the support of a dedicated team that shares your vision.
You are a People Leader – you know how to get the best out of your team for the ultimate benefit to children and families.
About you:
ACECQA Approved Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education Experience with staff development & leadership, experience in a similar role advantageous Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS), ability to develop a QIP Outstanding level of verbal and written communication Strong computer skills Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates Current Working with Children Check Benefits for you:
