About the role
Dome Coffees Australia is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at our Port Hedland location.
In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Cafe Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy cafe, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
What you'll be doing
Assisting the Cafe Manager in leading and motivating a team of passionate baristas and front of house team members Ensuring the cafe operates efficiently and profitably by overseeing the day to day management of the Cafe Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and increase sales Supporting the implementation of marketing initiatives and new product launches What we're looking for
Ideally 2 years' experience in a similar Assistant Manager or Shift Manager role within the hospitality industry Full availability from Monday to Sunday to work across a range of opening and closing shifts Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences What we offer
