Chess Engineering is a leading steel fabrication company specialising in mining and infrastructure projects.
We are seeking a skilled HSEQ Manager to lead our quality management systems and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Management Leadership: Develop and implement project-specific quality plans, including ITPs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.Compliance & Systems Management: Maintain and enhance compliance with triple certification standards, ensuring processes meet or exceed expectations.Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and quality, leveraging lean methodologies and data-driven approaches.Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the company during client compliance reviews and third-party audits.Welding Standards Expertise: Define and oversee welding specifications, including WPS and WQR, with a strong understanding of AS/NZS ISO 3834, AS/NZS 1554, and related standards.About YouWe are looking for a professional with:
