Our clients are a well known and rapidly growing construction company with multiple sites across Perth and the suburbs with the head office being located in the western suburbs of Perth.
Due to growth the company now requires an experienced HSEQ Manager for this newly created vacancy on a full time basis.
The vacancy: To review/write procedures and correct processes to bring the company in line with building expectations of safety first for all.Implement policies and procedures across the company and out to all necessary stakeholders.Implementation of a training proposal and budgetImplementation of chosen HSEQ systemDrive the companies aim to become ISO accreditedManage the ongoing HSEQ of all the sites, employees and stakeholders.Managing training and inductionsKeep business updated on changes to HSEQ and ISO standardsConduct internal auditsLiaise with ISO auditorsChecking inductions and training plans Manage x 2 HSEQ officersReport into the General Manager/DirectorsMainly office based role To apply: Have experience with ISO and OFSC Accreditation and standards Experience in HSEQ Risk ManagementExperience in implementing controls to support business operations; Previously worked within a HSEQ Management role in Australia.Excellent interpersonal skills and organisational and communication skills.Ideally hold the appropriate qualificationsHold a drivers license and be a resident visa holder or Australian CitizenIn return: A fantastic salary of between $150,000 to $170,000 + SuperBe part of a rapidly growing companyFriendly teamModern offices Be a key member of the teamNewly created vacancyAt Select Staffing we value and respect our candidates so every application is treated confidential at all times, For a confidential chat about this vacancy or any of our other vacancies please contact Andy on or
