About the RoleA world leader in mining is seeking an experienced Asset Management Strategy Specialist for an initial 6-month contract based in Brisbane CBD.As an Asset Management Strategy Specialist, you will be responsible for the development and governance of the Generic Reference Library (GRL), which contains quality baseline equipment maintenance strategies for common use across the company.
Responsibilities include the development of these common strategies in Asset Performance Management (APM) and SAP.This role is pivotal in driving data standardisation across the company.
You will be the subject matter expert and go-to person for technical advice relating to equipment maintenance strategy development, gap analysis, data standardisation, and continuous improvement.About You Demonstrated relevant experience in heavy industry within maintenance and reliability engineering, heavily involved in reliability and maintenance management, including processing plants and mobile fleet.Energised by leading change and engaging with many different stakeholders to challenge the status quo.Proven experience in analysing historical data to identify recurrent failures and dominant/common failure modes.Previous experience with equipment strategy development and implementation, including FMEA/FMECA and RCM processes is mandatory.Experience with facilitation of workshops and discussions with stakeholders.Passionate about the strategy development process and support to users with technical advice on deployment of equipment strategies and addressing stakeholders' issues.Solid presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.Strong knowledge of Maintenance Work Management processes.Self-motivated.While not mandatory, but good to have:Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant reliability engineering experience.Experience in building standards and procedures related to maintenance strategies.Good understanding of international standards for Maintenance and Asset Management, including but not limited to: SAE JA1011 & JA1012, ISO & , ISO 55000, 55001 & 55002.Industry experience (Mining, Oil and Gas, Infrastructure).1SAP Maintenance Master Data experience is desirable.Experience with GE's APM software tool or any other strategy management tool is desirable.What's in it for you:Generous daily rateBe part of an exciting project based in Brisbane CBDInitial 6-month contractFlexible work arrangements available #J-18808-Ljbffr
