About the RoleProjects: Tender / Price tier one fitout/refurb projects ranging from $20M–$100M.
Tools: Confidently work with CUBIT, Estimate One, and Procore to produce BOQs and complete comprehensive bid packages.
Responsibilities: Price preliminariesDevelop methodologiesCreate programmesSubmit full bids while collaborating with a highly skilled teamSalary: $140K–$180K, dependent on experience.

What You'll BringQualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Estimating.
Experience: 5+ years post-graduate experience with a commercial builder in the NSW market.
Expertise: Strong understanding of local trade networks and commercial fitout/refurb pricing.
