About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Clinical Manager (a BCBA/CBA) to oversee and coordinate our early intervention programs and provide supervision to the team at our Hawthorn clinic.
In this clinical role, you will guide a dynamic team of therapists and lead therapists to deliver exceptional care while maintaining strong relationships with families and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the implementation of ESDM and ABA-based programs for children with autism.Provide 1:1 support on cases with the team.Provide supervision, mentorship, and leadership to lead therapists and behaviour therapists.Manage a caseload of approximately 20 hours of program supervision time per week.Collaborate with the operations team to allocate staff, manage resources, and ensure smooth program delivery.Undertake initial consultations with staff.Foster relationships with clients, parents, and external providers, including educators and healthcare professionals.Ensure clinical programs are effectively managed and align with evidence-based best practices.Support team professional development through training plans, video scoring, and access to relevant learning opportunities.Key Selection Criteria: A registered BCBA/CBA with at least 3 years experience.A registered behaviour support practitioner with the NDIS.Experience navigating the NDIS.Experience delivering the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).Experience implementing Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) programs.Proven ability to provide supervision and manage a team in a clinical setting.Exceptional communication skills.Strong organisational and time management skills.Commitment to providing exceptional client support.What We Offer: A supportive and collaborative team environment.Opportunities for ongoing professional development in ESDM and SBT.The chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families.Access to supervision.How to Apply: If you are a dedicated professional with experience in ESDM, Skills-Based Treatment, and clinical team supervision, we would love to hear from you.
