Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for all testing-related queries, providing guidance and support throughout the program lifecycle.Take ownership of quality assurance, ensuring the program meets testing standards at every stage of development.Design and implement a comprehensive testing strategy, including test plans and processes for systems, applications, and cloud environments.Lead and mentor a team to optimize solution testing and assurance services.Oversee the entire technical testing process, including requirements analysis, test planning, case design, execution, defect management, reporting, and closure.Coordinate and deliver thorough systems development testing phases in collaboration with vendors, covering unit, integration, accessibility, security, performance, and user acceptance testing.Ensure solutions are compliant and ready for operational deployment in line with SIAM processes.Develop an integrated testing plan that aligns with vendor activities across all testing phases.Enhance the maturity and effectiveness of the System Integration testing function, focusing on practices, tools, and processes.QualificationsExtensive experience in program testing management and quality assurance.Strong understanding of FHIR standards and their application in healthcare technology.Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.Expertise in developing and executing detailed testing strategies and plans.Familiarity with various testing methodologies, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and vendors.Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeContractJob functionQuality AssuranceIndustriesGovernment Administration and Government Relations Services
